Eating healthier doesn’t have to be that complicated. Between counting calories and counting points, weighing food and worrying about macros, it can be really overwhelming to eat better.
Should I cut carbs? Should I eat more salads? What is ketosis?
I get it. There is so much conflicting advice out there, it’s hard to know exactly what to do.
After going through the same struggle to find my way, I discovered this really simple way of eating that just made sense. I don’t cut out anything, and I feel great and know that I am eating well for my specific needs.
