If I see another diet out there claiming you just need to eat 1200 calories to lose weight, I might scream.

Hear me out, yes the number of calories you eat matter, but where they come from matters even more. You can not tell me that 1200 calories of POP TARTS is going to get anyone closer to their goal weight, let alone FEELING good while doing it.

Its not just about calories in, calories out.

Your body needs nutrients that it can get from food, but you’re likely missing some of these if you are not eating the rainbow.

Next week, I am sharing all about this in my free Eat the Rainbow challenge. I am going to show you

❤️ How to start eating healthier without giving up everything you love

🧡 The difference between “portion control” and restriction

💛 How to find healthy delicious recipes

💚 How to make a meal plan you’ll actually stick to

“Strong” and “healthy” is going to look different on everyone and that’s something that we as women, need to remember. Ladies, everyBODY is different and everybody’s journey with health and fitness is going to be different.

They say “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” and I HONESTLY believe that to be true. Stop comparing yourself to other people, some people might look at me and see a large chest and a big bum and not want my body, but that’s not important. What’s important is that I WANT my body and I LOVE my body and at the end of the day that’s what matters most.

Let’s EMBRACE and accept our bodies for everything they are and stop worrying about everything they’re not.
