4. Tropical Overnight Oats:

– Ingredients: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 1/4 cup pineapple chunks, 1 tablespoon shredded coconut, 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, and a handful of sliced banana or mango.

– Instructions: Combine the oats, coconut milk, pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, and sweetener in a jar. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, top with sliced banana or mango, transport yourself to the tropics, and savor the fruity goodness!
