I never believed I deserved to lose the weight.

I knew how to lose weight and I’d even done it before 10lbs, 20lbs even 30lbs but for some reason, I’d always gain it back.

And it was heartbreaking

I was so frustrated {with myself, the money I spent and getting ahead, only to get behind}.

✨And then something COMPLETELY CHANGED. I realized my relationship with food was ACTUALLY the root cause of my weight loss journey rollercoaster. I could follow a nutrition plan but…

✌️✌️✌️Counting calories was annoying and not something I could do forever

✌️✌️✌️Weighting out food wasn’t easy to do at restaurants or when I was out with friends

✌️✌️ ✌️I was too focused on trying to be “perfect” and would slash all 4 tires if I had a “bad day”

Instead of focusing on what I couldn’t have {something that wasn’t maintainable} I found a LIFESTYLE that made weight loss SIMPLE and it was ALL without exercise.

{YES! You heard right. WITHOUT needing to workout}. And it has been LIFE-CHANGING learning how to ENJOY food again. Although I have now added exercise into my routine, because why not also get a smoking hot toned body while you are at it.

They say “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” and I HONESTLY believe that to be true. Stop comparing yourself to other people, some people might look at me and see a large chest and a big bum and not want my body, but that’s not important. What’s important is that I WANT my body and I LOVE my body and at the end of the day that’s what matters most.

Let’s EMBRACE and accept our bodies for everything they are and stop worrying about everything they’re not.
