Before finding Beachbody I struggled with my nutrition, I had my exercise down as this has always helped me with my anxiety. So the many different workout programs was awesome for me.

However I struggled to get my nutrition right, I would jump from eating to much and then not eating enough neither of which was good for me and really messed with my metabolism.

Now I have two easy to follow nutrition programs that allow me to eat normal foods, and not deprive myself and my body has started to feel and look so much better.

This is why I took the leap to coach in the hope to help women who struggle to eat properly or use it as an emotional crutch, I want you to feel good about yourself, and maybe even add in a little exercise to tone your new body 🏃‍♀️

They say “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” and I HONESTLY believe that to be true. Stop comparing yourself to other people, some people might look at me and see a large chest and a big bum and not want my body, but that’s not important. What’s important is that I WANT my body and I LOVE my body and at the end of the day that’s what matters most.

Let’s EMBRACE and accept our bodies for everything they are and stop worrying about everything they’re not.
