Before finding Beachbody I struggled with my nutrition, I had my exercise down as this has always helped me with my anxiety. So the many different workout programs was awesome for me.
However I struggled to get my nutrition right, I would jump from eating to much and then not eating enough neither of which was good for me and really messed with my metabolism.
Now I have two easy to follow nutrition programs that allow me to eat normal foods, and not deprive myself and my body has started to feel and look so much better.
This is why I took the leap to coach in the hope to help women who struggle to eat properly or use it as an emotional crutch, I want you to feel good about yourself, and maybe even add in a little exercise to tone your new body 🏃♀️
